Getting in touch with Global Escalation Support

Discus and support Getting in touch with Global Escalation Support in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've received an email from an escalation analyst, but, the email i received it from appears to be one of those "do not reply to this email" type deal....   1. Getting in touch with Global Escalation Support


    I've received an email from an escalation analyst, but, the email i received it from appears to be one of those "do not reply to this email" type deal. Just wondering if i should reply to the email -as no other email or other way of getting in touch with
    them was provided- or call and reference the sr#?

    Contacting Global Escalations Support

    Hmm, that sounds weird, as they are the top level of support.

    I would contact support again, explain the recent events and make them Escalate your case number.

    If they answer that your case is already Escalated tell them what happened with the email that gets delivery failure notice, and ask for them to contact you again.

    Hi,

    If you received an email from GES then you can reply back as long as the SRXxxxxxxxxxxID is present they will receive it under the correct the case, alternatively you can contact support give them the SR number pass security and they can make a comment in
    the case if that is still open then GES member will see it.
