Getting in contact with Xbox customer support/enforcement team.

Ive come here to see if I am the only one getting this frustration when trying to get in contact with xbox. I received a Gamertag ban a couple of days ago. Crotavirus was the gamertag that was changed. Now i understand this hardships the world is going
through right now with the current situation, but my gamertag was a play on words with a video game boss...named Crota from the original Destiny. In fact I’ve received many messages through xbox messaging complimenting my name and how it has brought many laughs
to xbox live parties, and not once has anyone ever complained. Now when I tried calling to get an appeal or get a change, it took me 3 hours to navigate through the website to figure out how to do that. Now when I called, I was told I could get help directly
through them. This was not the case. The website was down so i was instructed to call back tomorrow and we could get this all worked out. Now when I called back I was led on the never ending goose chase of go here and there. Finally after being told they can
not help me directly on the phone and that I had to submit an appeal on enforcement, it makes you complete a survey without getting a question wrong. Most of the questions are straight forward bit some are true and false depending on the game developer. After
taking 4 attempts it locks you out for 24 hours. It has been 4 days and I have yet to get in contact with someone on the enforcement team. If my gamertag is that offensive to people then yes I understand ban it, but I would at least like my 10$ I paid to make
the change.

Customer support doesn't handle enforcement issues. So you wouldn't get anywhere contacting them. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspension and the enforcement site is the only place to get information.

i allready contact xbox customer support phone number and they told me to right a forum and see what happens...

is there away to contact xbox enforcement team?

Would be great to assist you on this one, but unfortunately no one here including Microsoft customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

Customer support is right, no one from the enforcement team can’t be contacted outside the enforcement website and the enforcement team don’t view these forums

and before anyone says to try and appeal it on the enforcement page i can it would not load after contacting Xbox support on twitter they sent me a another link and its said this?
