    Need contact with enforcement team.

    As long as you filed a complaint on him, they will investigate him. Suspensions are not always immediate and there is no way for you to now for sure if/when action is taken. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    Contact enforcement team

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.The only way to contact them is via a case review.

    If the case review was upheld then there's nothing you can do other than wait out the suspension.

    As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to the enforcement team are not obliged to show you any evidence or specifics.

    The Case Review process provides Xbox Live players with the option to request a formal review of an enforcement action, such as an account suspension or forced Gamertag change. This provides an opportunity to interact with an agent of the Xbox Live Policy
    & Enforcement Team (XBLPET) and learn about the enforcement in greater detail.

    Before proceeding, the Case Review tool will confirm your eligibility. If you are not already eligible for a free Case Review you will be asked to complete a short questionnaire to help gauge your understanding of the Microsoft Code of Conduct and associated
    policies. You will have two opportunities to successfully complete the questionnaire. Two unsuccessful completions will result in a 24 hour block from further attempts, during which time you may wish to study the policies outlined in the Code of Conduct.

    After submitting a Case Review XBLPET will thoroughly investigate the circumstances that led to the enforcement action. This includes reviewing available data and re-examining evidence that contributed to the enforcement.

    During the Case Review process, XBLPET may require additional information from you. In this event the case status will display as “Need Info”. Case notes from an enforcement agent will indicate specifically what information is required for the review to proceed.

    At the conclusion of the Case Review, the enforcement may be upheld or overturned. If the enforcement was not warranted or lacked sufficient evidence it will be overturned. However, if the review determines that the enforcement was warranted, the decision will
    remain in place and the account will not be eligible for compensation for any lost service time or content.

    Your conduct during the case review is subject to the rules outlined in the Microsoft Services Agreement and Code of Conduct. Abusive or belligerent behavior will not be tolerated. When submitting a case for review or replying to a request for additional information,

    and before anyone says to try and appeal it on the enforcement page i can it would not load after contacting Xbox support on twitter they sent me a another link and its said this?

    A case review is literally the only way the talk to the Enforcement team. If the case review process isn't working right now, try again later.

    Subitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If your friend already submitted a review and it was upheld, there is nothing else he can do. He would have received the ban because he did something to violate the code of conduct,
    not just because you reported him.
