Getting highly annoyed

I need guidance. I'm new to this and have no idea where to put this. So im doing it here. me and a friend of mine keep getting harassed with threats and sexual threats from this one guy. And we block him/report him but he keeps making new profiles and coming
back. This is getting annoying and out of hand. I've contacted Xbox through phone they really didn't help I'm beginning to think reporting isn't doing anything either. I went to the enforcemeant page and I couldn't navigate that either due to phone I guess.
But this needs to be sorted out this is getting highly annoying and uncalled for.

I would hard reset your Xbox. Turn it off and unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds and then plug it back in and turn it on and try again. If that doesn't work I would call Support.

 

Filing complaints and blocking them is all you can do unfortunately. That is the only way to have the enforcement team investigate them.

 

Its pretty easy really... you report the account/s and add extra notes with the multiple accounts you think this person is using to harass you, then you block the account/s

Next thing to do, is change your privacy settings, so only your friends can message you. That way the person cannot send you anything. The privacy settings can be changed on the net or through your console

 

You guys think you have rough, my Xbox Live profile is corrupted and I have no idea on how to fix it.
