As per the support page removed the account and added it and still getting 0x8007005 error

I'd try re-entering the codes for 10 times. I even try it on my friend's account but I still having the same problem.

 

Unable to purchase Microsoft Solitaire Collection Premium for Windows 10

I've been trying for days now.

First it would get stuck after entering my Paypal details and the [BUY] button would be unclickable. Then I tried to remove my Paypal account and re-add it, which seemed to work but then it got stuck again with the [BUY] button not working. Now I keep getting
the same response:

{Give it another try. Something went wrong.} With a different code every time and the current date and time. But how often do I have to try again before it works?

I've uninstalled Microsoft Solitaire Collection and re-installed it after restarting my laptop, but that did nothing.

Can somebody help me out?

I can see on your public
Xbox.com profile that you recently were hanging out on YouTube. Are you still experiencing issues signing into Xbox Live? If so, when you removed your account, did you restart your console before re-adding it as also called out on the

guide?

Let us know so we can try some other troubleshooting if you're still having issues.

 

Thanks for the reply, i removed the account and reset the console , readded the account and downloaded the apps and still getting the same error.

I am started getting this error after i add my Microsoft profile to rewards.

please let me know how to fix the issue.

 

Hmm okay. I'm fairly confident that linking your account to the Rewards program has nothing to do with this and it's just a weird coincidence. That said, does this happen every time you try to sign in or only occasionally? Go ahead and unplug everything
from your console completely, including your power cords. Then go ahead and unplug your networking hardware and let that sit, unplugged and disconnected, for 5 minutes or so. Then plug it all back in and try again. If that still doesn't work, you'll want to
try a
factory reset. Just be sure to choose the, "keep my games and apps" option so you don't have to reinstall things.

Give that a whirl and let's see what happens!

I reconnected the power cables and perform factory reset and still getting the same error not sure what happened there .(0x80070005)

 

Hmm. When do you run into this error code? Is it a persistent/continual error code or is it sporadic? Does it happen when you try to load a specific game or app? At the time of me posting this, I can see from your public Xbox.com page that you were on YouTube
an hour ago so we can tell that you're able to login and access the internet and Xbox Live.

I am getting this error all the time when I start the app or game ,after 30 min of Xbox startup all the apps and games are working without any issue but I need to wait for 20 min to start the app/ game .

 

Thanks for the extra info. What kind of networking hardware are you using? What's the make and model of your router/modem and who is your ISP? Is your Xbox connected to your network wirelessly or via Ethernet cable? If you're using Wi-Fi, try using a wired
connection to see if you still have the same issue.
