Getting games for free for no reason

I have been getting games for no reason and I'm sure they are free. I have gotten rare replay too and don't remember if you have to buy a subscription for it. HELP!

This guy on Xbox named "Nathans II" is continuously reporting me for doing absolutely nothing to harm him and I am getting Suspended every day that I get out of suspension. What do I do??????

 

Rare Replay was recently part of a promotion for E3 (http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2017-06-12-get-rare-replay-and-other-digital-goods-free-for-using-...)
which could explain that one if you use Mixer. Otherwise, sometimes there are "free play days" when some games are free to play for a few days and will automatically download while they are free.

If you're seeing other games, it could be a sign that someone has your console set as their Home console. You would download anything they purchase.
