Getting games back from a ban

Recently my husband had his xbox account banned. Is there a way to get back to games he had in that account? They are all digital and thousands of dollars have gone into thia account. But if he could at least get his games back and put them on a different
account he makes. Is this possible to do?

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for info on these kind of enforcement actions. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. People have had their case reviewed and the banned lifted but it goes by a case by case basis. It would depend
on his previous enforcement history and the severity of the action that led to the ban.

All that he can do now is wait to see if they review it in his favor.

We have been trying to talk to an actual person on the phone. Is this even possible??? It seems to be impossible

I've seen people have their bans overturned, but it's very rare. If he did a case review and the enforcement team upheld their decision, then the ban will stick.

If you can access the games from that console under a new account, would everything on that game as far as leveling up or weapon skins, be available still? Or would he have to start all over?

As stated by Xbox Forums MVP Ambassador and Moderator
Smwutches, filing for a case review is the only way to contest a permanent suspension on your account.

The only way to reach out to the Enforcement Team is via that case review. There is no other way to contact such as a phone or email, and Xbox Customer Support is unable to assist you with anything Enforcement related.

We here on the Xbox Forums also lack any tools to assist you with Enforcement related issues. Therefore all we can do is continue to refer you to the
Enforcement website for this matter.
