    Getting game started


    Had problems with getting games started but much worse after Windows 10 Spring Update. Seem to have better success with laptop than desktop, but problem occurs with both. Both systems have verified internet access, Game site seems to not be able to access
    internet. Game locks up.

    If more information is needed, please contact me.

    I really enjoy Microsoft Solitaire Collection but if these connection problems are not fixed it I may find the Microsoft site not being useful to continue as a user.

    getting started

    If you want to add people as friends on Xbox live you need to know their gamertag. By pressing the Xbox Guide Button and going to your friends list and add friend. Otherwise you put in a multiplayer game ex. (Halo Reach or Modern Warfare) and go to the Xbox
    Live option and start playing. From there in game you can send them friend requests once you have played with them. Just remember they may not always accept your friend request.

    getting started

    i have just bought the xbox gold it excepted my redeem code but i cannot get to where i can start playing it keeps on saying that this account does not have premission to play GTA online , i have played it before online with xbox gold what am i doing wrong

    please help

    Licenses for games and DLC go along with the account that purchased them so in order to play anything bought digitally you would need to sign in with the account that purchased the games.

    If you want to play these games on a different account you would need to make that console the profile that bought the games home console then any other profile on that console would be able to play those games.
