Getting game ready loop

any game I try to open it continuously shows getting game ready. It doesn't matter which game it is, I've reset and cleared cache. Closing the message prompts another. The console was slow to load turning it on today too.

External drive ready loop

I have a data bank hooked up with a we blue 1t.b. 3.0 3.5inch hd in it now the problem is a little weird but I've seen plenty of others with the issue yet no real fix. The data bank only works on the side port. It will register on all of the usb ports but
when I try to use it on the back ports it will only run for about a second before disconnecting and reconnecting. The loop doesn't go away either its slightly maddening. Now it works flawlessly on the side port. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm using the nyko data bank with external power so it has plenty of juice.

As stated it does register on all ports but only the side will allow it to operate.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

To clarify, does the content not show for you in your Ready to Install list? I also recommend checking under the Manage Game screen for Forza. Keep us in the loop

Let's have you try to perform a full
Factory Reset, but make sure to keep your Games & apps. This will refresh the console fully, but you won't need to reinstall any games or apps. You will need to re-sign into any profiles you had on the console again though.
