Getting frustrated with my Latency.

I am currently living in Northeast Ohio, and get my Internet through Time Warner. I've never really got high Latency, except when I play on Xbox LIVE. This is frustrating to me because I like playing my games without delay, and want to get the best experience
possible. And this only becomes an issue on the Xbox One, nothing more. Download : 33.2 mbps Upload : 6.3 mbps Latency : 90 Connection : Hardwired via Modem Modem type : Ubee DVW3201 Provider : Time Warner (stated above) For me to have that kind of connection,
with a wired setup, and living in the US, with 90 Latency, is just terrible. And like I've said, this only happens to me on Xbox, so whats the deal? I've talked to my friends, and they get 30 Latency or below, with the same setup. Unfortunately, I think I
might have to give up on the Xbox One if this continues because this is insane. I pay for good service, I expect Microsoft to meet me half way. Nobody likes a lag fest.

where do you see the latency? Xbox live test? This means nothing !

If you have high latency - is your xbox the only device online the time latenxycy goes up? If not can you setup qos on your modem/router?

go on your pc an also check pingtest.net. If your pings are too high you can only try to update your Firmware for your router/modem or talk to your ISP.
