    trying hard reset to see if that did anything.

    Loading Xbox Screen

    took about 4 Minutes

    Now opening Netflix

    Loading Netflix

    Says "For this game, you need to be online

    If you're on this Xbox regularly, make it your home Xbox to enable offline play for games you on. The next time you're online go to Settings > Personalization > My home Xbox (0x87de2727)

    Yeah this is getting so annoying.. I got an Xbox in my spare bedroom(which is what I mostly play on) and one in my living room and the living room let's me do everything I want but the one I play on most won't load black ops 3 and keeps giving me the same
    as you guys

    Hey there!

    There was trouble recently that may have prevented you from accessing your game while connected to Xbox Live. This issue should be cleared up now. Please give a power cycle a try by holding down the Xbox button on the Xbox One console for 8-10 seconds and
    then attempt to play again.

    Seem to be having the same problem. Trying to watch Netflix and literally every 60 seconds it cuts out to give me this message, but then I can immediately get back into it as if nothing happened. Made my xbox my home xbox, tried soft and hard restart..nada.
    Pretty baffling problem, can't seem to get around it, hopefully someone finds a solution soon cause of it cuts out mid sentence again there may be multiple homicides.

    Sad to say, this is not a reliable fix as I am now having the same issue and have done a hard reset now for the third time.

    To be clear, I am also not on my home console at the moment. Any other ideas? Because it's really running my patience thin..

    So to confirm: this issue is now resolved after performing a power cycle?

    Power cycle = turning the console completely off, including unplugging the power cables.
