    Getting fed up, will have to get a refund if my points arent credited.


    This is the third time Im posting here. Rewards is now telling me my billing info is incorrect, which is incorrect, the info is all entered correctly. I think if I dont get my reward points converted by the next deposit date i will probably just get a refund.

    Please help me!

    My Microsoft points are gone

    OK. I have not used PayPal before, so I dont know if the below data is normal. But if my payment was botched, than I should have get back the unused money to my Pay Pal account, whitch did not occured.

    I purchased 4000 microsoft points but they have not been credited to my account, how do I get these points credited to my account and when can I get them?

    Hi R Type92. There is an issue with your account that is preventing us from making a successful deposit. The billable account we have for you is not the primary account associated with your Microsoft account. The Payment Operations team is currently working
