Getting falsely banned

So this is what’s been happening to me recently. I got falsely banned on my main account named ATF Hayz. I kept trying to get my account back by filing a case report. Afterwards, they contacted the summary of the report essentially saying they would look
more into it. I try to talk to Microsoft support employees to try to help me but still unsuccessful. This has all happened in the matter of a week. I have been waiting for over a week to get a response/email from the enforcement team, and it still hasn’t happened.
Personally I just want my account back so I can do what’s i lovebirds again, but taking my account that I’ve spent days, and thousands of dollars on is just absurd. I’m frustrated that I got a false ban, but even more that I haven’t had any communication,
or that it’s taking so long to get my account back.

Falsely Reported

So I've been getting falsely reported and I'm scared that I will get banned for doing nothing. Can I receive help if I do end up getting banned for literally being Good and lucky at rainbow 6 siege?

You cannot be banned for unknowingly playing in a modded custom game. Also, any XP you earned as a result of playing I assure you was not manipulated or contaminated in any way, so don't worry about getting falsely banned for it.
