Getting errors while trying to add payment methods !!

What exactly is the error message you get there?

- Try to purchase from the console and from the Microsoft Store website.
- Be sure to update your billing information through https://account.microsoft.com > Payment & billing > Address.
- On Payment options section, try to re-add your payment method.
- Lastly, try a different payment method.
