Getting error when trying to update games in Xbox app

Do you have an antivirus or similar program in your PC?
If yes, may I know if you tried disabling all the protections temporarily?
In some cases the antivirus can interfere with the file system.

In the meantime I can suggest you some things that you can try when a new update for a game arrives:

1. Try creating a new NTFS partition in your PC and install a game there, once a new update is available for this game verify if you're able to do it or if the issue persists

No antivirus software installed

Tried clean boot

Yes i have it installed on a separate drive as my c drive is not large enough.

I dont have space on the C to install games, its a small SSD, and the issue doesnt happen until the program needs to update so even if i could install would need to wait for it to have an update to test
