    Blu-Ray player (0x91d7000a) and Netflix (x7361-1254-C00d7159) HDCP errors

    any updates to this? i am getting the same error code when i insert a blu ray movie. help!

    8027025A - Took too long to start

    Keep getting error when trying start a game. Have tried all below:

    1. Restarted console

    2 Re-inserted CD

    3. Unplugged all wires

    4. Changed location to US

    5. Re-installed game

    6. Factory default (keeping games)

    7. Cleared Blue-ray

    It didnt unfortunately. i get this error code with all store bought dvd's and blue rays. this is a new xbox one also. :-/ this blow chunks

    I CAN'T PLAY ANY OF MY GAMES !!!

    While it does attempt to launch the blue ray player app (unlike every other app), it doesn't actually do anything beyond sit at a blue screen that says blue ray.

    It started with live sign in problems and the 100% packet loss and then stopped responding to anything.

    Did you get this sorted. I've just got a new Xbox one and am getting the same message when I insert a blue ray or DVD. Not sure if it would happen with games as I only have downloaded ones as yet.
