    This is what I'm getting when I put in my code to renew live. I can't even get it thru the xbox store or by my email reminder. I spoke with a Xbox tech and he gave me a generated code to see if that worked and it didn't. Yet I bought gems on smite via visa
    on account but it won't let me by live which expired today. Need help asap

    I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

    Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

    My 6 moth old Slim can't get updated and therefore access live due to these error codes...

    I've updated by console twice never encountered any of these problems.
