    Hello people... Hoping one of you can help me

    When I try to purchase any 360 content from the xbox site, even free 360 content, I keep getting the same message

    " uh oh... That should not have happened.

    It apears you have found a glitch in the system.

    Please try again late "

    I signed for Gold On my Xbox One two weeks ago, and sinch then I can't seem to purchase anything 360 related.

    I tried diffrent browsers, computers and even diffrent mobile devices on diffrent networks. Nothing helps.

    I noticed this happend since I signed in to gold.

    Does anyone have a solution? This is a major bug

    Should I try and call support?

    I'm getting the error that others are getting when trying to renew my subscription to xbl. After I click confirm, I get this message:

    Xbox 360 store not working

    Hi,

    I am constantly getting an Uh oh that should not have happened error message while trying to purchase content through the Xbox 360 store. It only happens with backward compatibility titles, even with Games with gold titles for X360. I can buy everything
    that is Xbox One content through my account nd have my credit card linked as well. The problem follows me on my Xbox, PC and iPhone as well, so must be something with my account.

    Can you please review and advise?

    Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    There should be an error code right under neath that Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened error message. If you could provide that code, then that will help the agents trouble shoot your issue. If there's not, then that's ok, try doing it on your console
    instead.
