    I tried to do OSU2 updated before OSU1 as explained on this page:

    Even that doesn't seem to be working.

    i am sorry to inform you but if the offline update does not work there might a error with the hard drive and you would have to get the console worked on by Microsoft or buy a new console i had this issue the other day

    Hi,

    Thanks for the advice.

    I have done the POWERCYCLE.

    The screen come on and give me a system error E105 00000000 8007045D. When the console restarts, the screen is blank. I have to manually switch the console off.

    After all of this, I reset the console, set it up again. It ran and update and eventually the installation stopped.

    I'll try and perform an offline system update tonight.
