getting error code on transferred games from xbox one to xbox one s

Good afternoon,

I have tried every method and trick that I have found to play games that I have transferred games from a xbox one (used) to

a brand new xbox one s (digital) Brand new from best buy on sale. checked on youtube and your website to transfer games from

one console to another console.

It took a few days to transfer the games and started to play the games and "Do you own this game or app ?"

Came on the screen. Error code (0x803f8001) The games that I own are (Forza Horizon 3 the full game and the demo) and (Forza Motorsport 6 the full game & the demo, Full versions of Forza Motorsport 6 and 7 and the full version of Forza Horizon 4 and add
ons for Forza Horizon 3 and 4 and Forza Motorsport 6 & 7). Disc copies Of Forza Horizon 3 & 4 and also Forza Motorsport 6 & 7.

When I did the transfer only the demos would play (Forza Horizon 3 and Forza Motorsport 6).

I uninstalled the games and demos and tried factory reset and hard reset and even had tech support from Ron X Box Expert Gamer who tried to help me get past the problems and I did everything that he told me to do (A Big thank you goes to Ron) and it didn't
work what he told me to do.

Now I own a xbox one s that can only play demos and not the full games that I already own.

Do I have start all over and get digital copies for the xbox one s and will all of the add ons that I already have will they work on xbox one s ?

I network transferred CoD Cold War from my xbox one to series s that was on disc and now I'm getting this error code and the game won't start, can this be fixed?

If I understand correctly you are trying to play games that you own on disc, right? Even if the game is installed on the console you need to insert the disc to play the game because the disc is the proof of the purchase of the license of the game, but
since your new console does not support disc games you need to purchase a digital license of the game in the xbox store to play these games on your xbox one s all digital ... As of now is impossible to transfer a license from disc to digital

you are signing in on the new Xbox one S with the account you used to purchase everything correct? Everything is tied to the account so even if you just download all the games again it will sync you account (if the saves are in the cloud) and you can start
all your progress from where you left off.

Since only demos play it sounds like you aren't signing in with your account. You account can only sign in to one Xbox at a time and is automatically signed out if you sign in elsewhere.

No joy it not work what else can i do to get my xbox one s console to play the games that are already installed on the console.

AS for the extras outside of the Expansion Pack I have seen the support refer to them as DLC and not "equipment." While your level and equipment does transfer up with you to the Xbox One, it seems from numerous posts that the Expansion Pack is the only DLC
from the codes in the 360's physical games that go to the Xbox One. So from what I have read things like the ship, ghost casing, emblem, and Vanguard Armory only work on the 360. But if you do enter the codes and all of it transfers to the Xbox One form the
360, please post that it did all transfer for you.
