    Hello,

    I got problems with a prepaid code for EA Access, is a one month prepaid code.

    Every time i get an error when i try to use the code: "

    Something went wrong
    Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate. "

    The page " xbox.com/errorhelp" isn't helping.

    Can someone help me plz ?

    yes, it's a known, widespread issue that the engineers are supposedly working on according to support.

    Can't redeem codes or make purchases. It's been going on for almost a week now which is completely unacceptable!
