    I have been getting error code 8007007A for several days have done everything they have told me to do now can't download my profile back in or get on xbox live keeps giving me error code. ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

    Yes, what error code are you getting? For me it's 8007007A. Nothing I've tried has worked.

    Heya!

    There does appear to be some info on that error if you check out the
    code page.

    Let's try the steps listed there and then if you are still running into the issue please post back and let us know!

    NONE of those suggestions on the error code page help, absolutely nothing has helped me at all, tried live chat, Live phone calls, none has helped. X-box has the issue Not You, We are screwed until it gets resolved, we just have to be patient. My profile
    will not download on friends x-box either, just so you know.

    Mine is the same. Nobody can help, either that or nobody cares.

    apparently if you didn't delete your profile (like support suggested) you CAN sign in now but who had that kind of foresight. the rest of us are still screwed, I even had a backup profile on thumb drive but it got deleted during this hair pulling fiasco
