    I am also getting this error code.

    I have tried ALL of the potential solutions and have had no success. It is truly frustrating and it really seems to be something on your end of the equation, because, like many others, there is money in the account and all of my settings are open so as to watch
    any movie.

    Getting error code 0x80c90011 when attempting to rent a move in Xbox 360 microsoft movies/tv app. Second major issue in less than 45 days. I am unable to purchase or rent any movie. A lot of issues being reported
    of late with Xbox live and microsoft movies/TV. Have been a Xbox live gold member for well over a decade, and am very dissapointed with how unstable Xbox live has become. Please advise.
