Getting error code 0x803f800d on all game discs

I keep getting the above error code on discs that i've purchased (Plants vs Zombies GW2, Plants vs Zombies Battle for Neigbourville) How do I get rid of this??

Now I'm getting another error code; 0x803f800d . Any word on that?

same here!!! Trying to launch ESO from disc and get that same error code, it’s only affecting online games as all other games work fine

Have you tried a new game that you have not downloaded the patch to play on xbox one x.

The error codes getting are 0x8082000c when trying a disc

Getting error code 0x80070002 when trying digital.

All troubleshooting steps were attempted and still getting this problem

Do you get any error code when trying to play the disc game? If the disc is not being read at all, it could be dirty or damaged. https://support.xbox.com/xbox-360/console/disc-drive-solution
