    Hi,

    I have an xbox gold account and i am getting error code 0x803f8003 when trying to play plants v zombies GW2 on xbox one.

    This game used to play no problem till a few weeks ago. I got a gold account yesterday as i thought this was what was causing the problem but it is still the same.

    Any help would be great.
