I seem to be having the same issue here. I also cant remove the package or install, start it in microsoft store. It gives the error 0x80073CF9 when installing and another error when running the script to remove it. My xbox is also stuck on updating 0 per-cent.

Is there a solution to this?

Like I said on my first message, I've already tried this solution, but I tried it again anyways this give me the same result :

- there is no "Repair" option only "Reset" for Microsoft store

- I can't download the Xbox app (0x80073cf9) so reseting it is going to be complicated

- The error 0x80073cf9 is still there
