getting error code 0020000 when playing daily challenges on Taptiles

I am having the same problem. I get error code 002408 when trying to play daily challenges in Mahjong and Taptiles. This also started yesterday (April 13).

I can still open Taptiles (the old version which I prefer to the Microsoft Taptiles 10 version) but when I click on Daily Challenges, I get the message 'There was a problem launching Daily Challenge data., Please refer to error code 002000. I tried opening Taptiles from the Microsoft Store, My Library, Owned as you suggested but the same happens. It opens OK but then I get the same message when I click on Daily Challenges. I notice that Taptiles is no longer in the Microsoft Store - only the newer Taptiles 10 version. Does this mean that Microsoft have discontinued the old version of Taptiles? I remember that some time back Microsoft discontinued the old version of Soduko which I also preferred to the new version.

Just a question. Why can I play Taptiles daily challenges, but not Mahjong or Solitaire daily challenges?

I'm also having this problem in Taptiles for the daily challenges. The error I'm having is error code: 004408 and it would not let me go into the daily challenges and when it did...I lost my bronze and silver medals for July (I guess I won't be able to get
my marathon achievement as well. I tried logging off and this was the latest update available. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. I lost 15 days of completed daily challenges...so unfair. Is there a way you can fix this?
