Let's try something first, set up as automatic all Xbox Live Services in your PC:

Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC

After that do this:

Open Microsoft Store
Click on your Account Icon and Click "App
Settings"
The third option down Should be "Offline
Permissions" Click to enable it (if it's already enabled, disable it close the store and enable it once you open it again)

me and my friend have a same problem, I checked there still have ppl got same problem these days, but one week before everything going fine, maybe it is a bug or something.

I hope there is a confirmed fix for this soon. I greatly appreciate your willingness to help!

I'm thinking couple options more:

1. Try uninstalling the most recent windows update, just in case it is the one that is causing conflicts

2. If you're on Windows 11, downgrade to 10 and try again. Or do the opposite case if you're able to upgrade to 11.

3. Perform a clean boot keeping games and files on your actual Windows version, in that way you're going to have a clean installation of windows system. For all this, in the link below you can see steps:

For option 3, you can try this workaround just to test:

Create a virtual machine with the same OS and version that you currently have, then try install one of those games on the virtual machine and see how it goes. It is working and none of the above works, this means best option will be perform the last option
