Getting error 0x80070422

I just recently got the xbox app and also the ultimate gamepass to download some games. I started by trying to download CARRION and it gave me an error saying "Windows Update" and something about how I needed to enable windows update. So I go ahead and
check for updates and then after that update my windows cause apparently there was a new update. I then go back and its still not letting me, I proceeded to explore the internet for solutions and ive tried the most popular ones so far and nothing has worked,
if anyone can please help me I've been trying for the whole day and yet I still can't download any games.

I also tried with other games and I managed to download astroneer but I had to download it through the windows store, but even then I launched the game and it spammed a grey square box with nothing constantly in the center of the screen and the game didn't
have a menu or anything in it, it was just a spaceship from the looks of it.

I also cannot log into xbox live, its just giving the grey square box and then it just stops but no log in, so maybe that also has something to do with it. I'm using Windows 10 Pro as well. It isn't my wifi either cause its 182mbps download and 10mbps upload.

Hello There,
