Getting DVR Videos to computer...

Hi, for some reason I have been looking up for hours, I can't seem to find out how to get XBOX 1 DVR videos to a PC WITHOUT XBOX Live. I have kept trying and trying, pluging the HDMI into the PC all over and can't seem to get it to work. Please help, I really
want to know how to do this.

Video in the Windows 10 Xbox app are not working

Hello,

I have used this app many times in the past and enjoyed watching the videos from the activity feed and my previous clips on my own game dvr. However, now when i click on the videos they do not play. They simply freeze in the beginning and or load for an
infinite amount of time. I have no idea how to fix this issue, I like to download clips from my dvr to my computer and now i cannot because the videos in the dvr never play. I have the app on my phone (iphone) and can watch the clips there so I do not know
what the issue is on my pc.

The GameDVR is so bad!

The bad part is some of it is lack of understanding

1) you can download your videos from xboxclips.com to your computer and edit/combine etc

2) the gave DVR was made to capture cool clips and moments, not do walkthroughs

3) If you want you can stream to twitch for longer videos

Sorry to hear you're having issues. At this time I believe the only way to get those files onto a PC is via a home network (internet enabled).

If your computer has been updated with the Anniversary Update, there will be an option in Settings > Game DVR to set your Video quality to "60 fps".

File Explore on the console has been removed so you will need to share your recording to OneDrive. Then you can download from any computer by going to OneDrive\Videos\Xbox Game DVR

Hi TiberiusOptimus,

Normally, the Activity feed section in the Xbox app shows you all in-game activities, recorded games, and achievements that you unlocked. If you're using the Xbox app on your phone, it will not show that you're watching videos from the
Youtube app or from other apps. The same goes if you're watching videos from your computer unless you recorded it using the Game DVR feature in the Xbox app. Any video clips recorded using the Game DVR will show up in the Activity feed section.
