Getting discord nitro and spotify premium with game pass ultimate

Hi, i recently bought xbox game pass ultimate because i liked the discord nitro and spotify premium perks, as well as ea play.

I could not find where to get ea play, and support told me it will come later this year, in december. As for nitro and spotify, the person did not know. I found

this thread on reddit, and a few people were saying that support gave them the codes over the game pass app on social. Would i still be able to do this, and if so do i have to call the support line?

EA Access, Spotify Premium, and Discord Nitro should all be available if you have Game Pass Ultimate

Oops this is my fault, I meant there was a promotion with discord and spotify where if you got the game pass ultimate by January 6th (which I did) then you get spotify premium and discord nitro codes along with 3 months of xbox ultimate game pass, I have
the pass but support told me to wait 10 days for the other codes and I cant reach them anymore and its almost been 2 months.

I am pretty sure the Ultimate benefits only apply to those who got Ultimate before they announced everything regarding EA Access, Discord Nitro, and Spotify Premium for free. Other than that, the Ultimate gifts should pop up in the 'Game Pass' tab on the
Xbox dashboard as well.
