Also sometimes people confuse 'fast" internet with "strong" internet" How many people use the same internet in your household ? That may be why you keep getting disconnected. Your ping may be spiking. Are you having any issues in game or it solely party
stuff?

I keep disconnected from xbox one parties. I have checked the internet settings and everything seems fine

when you have service problem check this first its usually best starting point and it lets you know which is being effected.

I would check your Nat type? Also you can try a power cycle on your console.
