Getting Disconnected From Xbox Live

This is ridiculous. I'm constantly getting disconnected from XBL. I sign in and then I try and play a game, but before I can even connect, boom, "Disconnected From Xbox Live". Now I know for a fact it's not on my end, my internet is fine, I tried everything
that the support online had to offer and it did nothing. I have a new router to which I'm connected with an Ethernet cable (I've tried wiress only to see same results). I can connect back to XBL immediately after getting disconnected, but then I'm immediately
disconnected 5 minutes later. This is a huge problem, I pay for gold so I can play online, and I'm unable to do so. I know some of my friends are experiencing the same problem. So I'm assuming this is in Microsofts end. If anyone is experiencing, or has found
a solution, please reply to this post. Because this needs to be fixed

I keep on getting disconnected from xbox live.

After about half an hour on xbox live it sais disconnected from xbox live.

Right there with you buddy. I've tried everything, from clearing my cache to changing my freaking password to try and fix this. I don't even know why the password thing was recommended considering I use two-step verification and my password will be different
everytime I download my profile onto the 360.

 

Seriously, you'd think Micro$oft would get off their butts and fix this already. There's more than enough people suffering from this to merit some attention. :V

^Change your password right away! Turn on two-step verification and call support to let them know what happened. If you had a credit card attached, remove it and keep an eye on your bank account for irregular charges.

I'm sorry to hear about the disconnecting issues. When you have a moment and if you haven't already, I would try these troubleshooting steps below.

1. Clear your Cache three times on your Xbox 360 console.
   
2. Delete your Profile Only.
   
3. Redownload your profile and try playing your games again.

If that doesn't do the trick, I then would suggest trying out our
Xbox 360 Disconnect Solution Troubleshooter to see if we can get things sorted for you.
