Getting Disconnected From Xbox Live

So I've been running into problems for about 2 weeks now, ever since the service alert has been up on the 360 my console either won't connect to xbox live or will connect for a few hours then drop the connection, the error code is 8015190E. I tried the solutions
on the error code look up, none of them have resolved the issue. I ran an xbox live connection test on my console, I get the "Live Connection Error" I've run through all of the troubleshooting on that, setting up a DMZ on my router worked for a while but even
that only seemed to solve the problem for one night. I've contacted my ISP, Xfinity, and they said they couldn't see anything wrong on their end.

I just want to see if this is something going on with xbox live's side or is there something going on with my console. Any help would be appreciated.

After about half an hour on xbox live it sais disconnected from xbox live.

It's not just you, I am seeing the same error message and experiencing the same issues - and once again this is directly after the Christmas 'hacking' occurrence.

My ISP is Virgin Media and they are having some issues lately but nothing in regards to XBL servers.

Just to comment that I can still connect every so often but it'll kick me out again each time I return to dashboard (with friend list and guide button options all functioning).

Before we get started, can you tell us what you have tried so so far, part from "I ran an Xbox live Connection test", and "DMZ", so we don't post up solutions that will only echoes back.

Appreciate if you can post up the make and model of your router, and your modem as well.

Do you have more than one Xbox console connected to your router?

Also state whether you use wireless, or wired with your console.

I have a combo modem router, Arris TG862, wired connection from my xbox 360 the the modem, Xfinity is the ISP. The only error on the xbox live connection test is "Live Connection Error"

I cleared the system 3 times and unplugged the power for two minutes, reset the network to factory defaults (that worked a few times, but hasn't worked the last few days), performed an extended power cycle on the modem and xbox console which worked for a
few hours, checked the firewall setting to make sure they were open, turned UPnP on and off to refresh the NAT table, Enabled the perimeter network function, I checked the cable in several different ports on the device and tested it on my laptop after disabling
the wifi to make sure it was working, I contacted my ISP after that but I didn't do the specific trace route steps recommended on the support.

 

The xbox 360 is the only xbox connected onto my network
