Getting disconnected from Xbox Live, then getting 8015190E error.

If we are having the same issue it might not be a thing from our end, but more related to the Xbox Live Services. I wonder if Xbox employees read this forums and might come with an answer.

Tomorrow I'll try the online support to see if they can resolve the issue. I'll keep you guys posted of the outcome.

 

Well I contacted them and they just walked me through all the troubleshoot steps.

 

Same boat here, with several other threads mentioning this exact same problem over the past week or so. I've had Live for over 10 years now, counting time under a different profile on the original Xbox, almost all of which has been with Gold on the 360,
and I've never had this happen before. I know the normal procedures for reconnecting to Live, and they are NOT doing a thing to resolve the issue, like everyone else is saying here.

Everything else in the house connects to the internet, whether wired or wireless, with no problems whatsoever.

This includes: 3 different laptops (mine and a friend's), 5 different smartphones (mine and friends'), my PS3, my PS4, my friend's Xbox One I asked him to bring over to try (!!!!!!), my tablet, and my smart TV.

This is being talked about on other forums as well, all within the past 2-7 days (when I started experiencing trouble). I haven't been able to connect my 360 to Live at all for the past couple days.

Pretty sure we can say this is a problem on the company's end, although what, I can't say.

Are we going to get any real answers on this situation or just more of the usual troubleshoot speak that is doing nothing in this case? I've had better Live connectivity during periods of heavy DDoS attacks for crying out loud...

 

Yeah, been three days now of intermittent service. Something up Xbox?

Same problem here, been up and down the past few days. Something is wrong on their end. I hope that they fix it soon.

 

I contacted them, they walked me through all the troubleshoot steps again.

I tried setting the XBox with a fixed IP on the router so I could put it on the DMZ Host. But it failed too.

I also set the router on the 802.11n as suggested by the troubleshoot. Didn't work.

Going to try again with the cable conection direct to the modem.

My ISP says there is nothing wrong with my internet after running some remote tests.

Xbox Live Gold was running smoothly until a few weeks when I tried to start the Free with Gold Download, I never get dc'ed when playing online games, just when downloading.

Any of you guys managed to fix the issue?

 

I have been having the same issues as well. I have been able to logon every now and again but keep getting kicked off. I have had this issue for about a week now.

 

well at the moment im using a fixed ip in the dmz and manually changed my xboxs to that same ip , and it doesnt kick me offline. Buttttttttt i cant connect to parties all that well, and joining people doesnt work

 

I really hope xbox has noticed, and theyre taking action. Cause too many people have this issue, and got it at the same time for it to be a individual problem.

 

@underachiever How did you set the manually IP on the XBox? Can you guide me tru it?

 

I've been through all the troubling shooting steps as well just so I can try to play Dark Souls. I don't really even care if I get online, but since I downloaded it their DRM is making me sign into live to boot the game, when it goes down it kicks me back
to the dashboard. I set up a Static IP for my console yesterday and it worked for most of the day, but I just came on today to find its down again.

I think the funniest thing is I have an Xbox One too, which doesn't seem to have any issues connecting to Live whatsoever, they're even using the same Ethernet cable. I wonder what that tells us...

 

first off there was just an xbox update i believe so maybe its fixed now?.. not sure

but @restav, just so you know i was just trying random *** since i had lost all hope. But connect to your wifi , go to configure network, and copy down everything under the automatic settings, like the ip adress, subnet mask, gateway, and dns servers.

what i did was set it to manual, and input everything the same way. execpt for the xboxs IP. i changed the last 3 numbers.

for example if your ip is ***.***.0.11 like mine, i just changed the 11 to 151. i read somewhere it has to be under 255. so yea pick something i guess.

then i put that same ip in my dmz host settings.

and there. I wouldnt get kicked off but the nat settings are strict so connecting to parties wont really work. I dont guarantee it working for you but this is what i did.

i changed the last thee digitis 3times and it worked the same way everytime.

 

make sure to disable your uPnP first then pwer cycle your modem/router .

then put the ip you used on your xbox in the dmz host and eneable the dmz
