Getting disconnected from Xbox live after playing Happy Wars

Try to run a connectivity test on your network and see if you can get any errors. You can do that by going to Network under System Settings then selecting your home network. Choose the option Test Xbox Live Connection and depending on the error you may proceed
with the troubleshooting on this link:

Misses Joust, I have the gold subscription. I have tried your method and it didn't help. Still 'disconnected from live' while playing the left 4 dead 1/2.

I haven't played too many game titles yet but as far as I know the disconnect issue is only in L4D 1/2 and Happy wars games. There is no problem with Iron brigade, WSOP: Poker, Diablo 3, Halo 3, Battlefield. All in xbox live multiplayer.

Im getting the same Disconnect message as well and after that I also get disconnected from Xbox Live its Aggrevating

The private chats were with a different friend from the party chats as well.

Something else notable. It only happens when I am on the dashboard. I played MW2 multiplayer for a good 3 hours didn't once get disconnected from xbox live or the party. 30 seconds after I dashboard I get kicked and put back in the party. =/

I'm happy because that means I don't have to worry about in game disconnections but I sit on the dashboard alot and just talk to friends.

is this happening to you with the gears of war special edition xbox?? my husband has that problem i can be on xbox live playing and he will be too he will get disconnected and i will still be able to play!
