Getting disconnected from Microsoft Bingo.

Bingo is freezing in the middle of games -cannot daub tile when numbers are called. Please fix.

Connection problems

I haven 't been able to get connected to Microsoft Ultimate Word games for weeks. It just sits there and tries to connect. Also, I keep getting disconnected from Bingo. This is very frustrating. Please fix it.

Generally server connection trouble is due to your network. How is your connected to the internet, and when you're disconnected from Bingo are you disconnected from anything else?

 

My suggestion is that in Windows 10 under Apps you select MS Bingo and click the reset selection under extra options. Do not delete the game. Just reset the game and restart your computer. This will also work for the Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Be sure
to reboot your computer before trying to play your game again. Obviously this is a software glitch do to advertising and the news feed. Microsoft Store may also be affected by this too, but you can choose the Microsoft app and reset it too. The interesting
thing is that my games have all been updated but errors still persist. You can also check your mouse drivers to see if you have the updated correct driver for the mouse that you are using. I have had the same problem with the bingo freezing and I tried these
methods before things returned to normal. I think that new updates to Windows 10 may have caused some errors after you installed them and rebooted your computer. You are not the first person playing bingo that this has happened to.

 

Tried what UNbornChannel3 said and it didn't help at all.
