What's up folks, i have a problem which is really frustrating i have been trying so hard for 6 months to solve it , trying every solution but no positive results , am getting disconnected every 5 minutes or less , i forwarded the necessary ports , but nothing
is helping , am requesting help. thank u .

When you have a problem, try always to delete the cache, is the best way you can solve your problem.

If this is happening with all of your games, and you keep getting signed out try the following steps in order:

1)
Delete your profile (and only your profile)

2)
Clear your system cache three times in a row

3) Restart the console

4) Download your profile

Maybe your wireless in your Xbox is going out. If you've tried everything. Is your Xbox in dmz through your router?

It sounds like a networking issue, possibly a hidden NAT error.

You might need to discuss your situation further with your ISP as well, it might be time to consider a router upgrade.

Are you wired or wireless? If wireless going wired might be needed not just an improvement (wired is ALWAYS better than wireless). If that is not an option you might want to consider wireless repeaters and extenders, Some of them use your homes inside wiring
to turn your WiFi into a wireless system.

All else fails go to customer service networking dept. You can use the contact options to chat or have them call you on the support page at
Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support

You will need to be logged in to your account to use these options or you can call your local support number also listed there.

thank u for replies , well am on wired , i have a static ip adress for my xbox , i have called my isp unfortunately no clear answer .

Are you using a wireless router and is the a possibility of interference with another device - how have you narrowed it down to being specifically an XBL connectivity issue and not a network issue?

I have a few solutions here that may solve your issue.

Ok first solution you can do is by steps below

Hit your middle button on your xbox controller
Then go to settings
Go to system settings and into storage
Now high light over your hard drive and select Y and hit clear system cache
After this please re download your profile to your hard drive

If this solution does not work you can try the one below

Reset your router and modem and keep them off for about 5-10 minutes

If this solution does not work you can try this last one this involves re updating your xbox.

Hit your middle button on your controller
Go to settings and into system settings
hit storage and highlight over Hard Drive
Now hit LB RB X LB RB X and then hit yes

This will make you re update your xbox 360 console but should be the final solution to your problem if you need any more help or info you can always add me as a friend on xbox live. My gamertag is

I am having the same problem and have for quite a while.

things I've done: wired, cleared cache (many many times), deleted profile (several times), turned off all wireless devices, set xbox to default a couple of times, stood on my head, and whistled Dixie. This time I spent 45 minutes connecting to xbox live
finally getting a game and then...yes "your sign on status has changed." It is so bad that we pretty much stopped playing xbox all together.
