Getting content from banned account

My profile "TheNexes" got banned and i have content buyed there for a total 1500$ and i want it back if you need proofs thats my profile for some *** i can help.

if i can't im gonna either sue microsoft or have to get friends to shutdown xbox live,so corrupt "xbox enforcement" its your choice!

I was told my support that I can still use my content that I had purchased on an account of mine that is banned on my new one. However, when I look at some of the map packs, it says they are "Incomplete", despite using them just fine before the account was
banned. Is there a way I can transfer the licenses to my new account or something? I really don't want to rebuy the map packs for Halo Reach.

Sorry, but nothing can be transferred between accounts. If the content is not working, or if you were to get a new console and can't license transfer from the banned account, you will have to repurchase the content.

Sorry to be the one to tell you this but when an account is permanently banned, anything tied to that account goes down with the profile. You agreed to abide by the Terms of Use and Code of Conduct when you signed up for Xbox LIVE.

"UPON RECEIVING A PERMANENT SUSPENSION, ALL CONTENT LICENCES, GOLD MEMBERSHIP TIME AND MICROSOFT ACCOUNT BALANCE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUSPENDED ACCOUNT ARE FORFEITED."

Come on man, start the show, make it public so the beatdown can be seen by all!

 

to add what others have said as long as you still have the console that got that account originally you can still use it on the other account, BUT if you delete any of it then you will have to buy it all over again.

 

Well i have content from old account still and i just change profile id's, so microsoft non or less PSN is better same with PS4 im go make a montage of me breaking my RGH xbox and uploading it to youtube.
