Getting communications banned every day for the same reason.

About 2-3 days ago I get communications banned because I mistakenly sent a vulgar message to who I assumed was a bot account since I was getting spammed with friend requests from people I have never met before. So I thought to myself, yeah it was a bad idea
to send the vulgar message. I noticed that the message I sent has been erased and I''ll just wait out the 1-day suspension. A full day passes and I was able to join parties and talk to my friends, but shortly after I get communications banned again. I thought,
what have I done this time? So I went to the enforcement webpage, and looked at the reason I was communications banned, and it's the same reason again. I thought the message was deleted by the enforcement team but I keep getting communications banned for the
same reason. Is this supposed to happen and is there anyone that I can contact to fix this?
