    Getting charged twice for one purchase?


    So I recently purchased a dlc for Black Ops 2 using a prepaid card and the funds were taken from the card, but today I got a notification that the visa account linked to my Xbox account was also charged for the purchase. I just wanted to know if it was just
    a confirmation or if the funds were taken from both the prepaid card and the visa account.

    You should see a section for Payment and Billing that will list your purchase history. That will show you what purchases you've made and how you paid for them.

    If you still don't see that option, or you do see that you were charged twice, you'll need to contact support directly and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
