Getting Charged on an account that was supposed to be canceled

The virtual assistant is annoying...but anyways. I had contacted support prior in June about deleting an email that I no longer am associated with, and they helped me delete and to add a new email. In doing so, I had to create a new gamer tag, losing all
my points and stuff. Yeah wasn't happy. But at first it did delete and I was satisfied until a charge appeared on my card for xbox live, and I kept looking on my new account but didn't see where the charges were coming from, so for **** and giggles I just
happened to look on my old account, it was never deleted. So I contacted support again, they apologized for the issue, and they said they were going to refund my charge to live, but they never did that either...so I am here again, but here in the forum hoping
someone can get my old account deleted and such so I am not paying for Xbox Live each month, I don't use Live at the moment, we have crappy internet and I just don't use it that often...on my new account Xbox Live doesn't exist. I even notice on my console
that my old account is still there. How the hell do I delete my old account for good, I have no option to delete it, as I can't remember my password, and when I go to sign into my account it will take me to my new one....it is very frustrating and I have
just wasted $20 on something that should have been deleted in June. I can't even remove my card from that account. Can I get a refund as well?

Account Charged for Xbox Live

I canceled my live subscription at the end of November. It was supposed to renew on Dec, 1 2012 and it didn't. But last night I found out my account was still charged for live. Why is my account still being charged for it when I chose to cancel it?

Charged once more ? Why ?

i keep getting charged for Xbox game pass even after i had canceled my subscription on 1/22/18. This is getting really irritating because for Two months i was charged for something i didn’t even want. Please help, i don’t want to be charged anymore.

Unfortunately Xbox accounts cannot be deleted however billing support should be able to stop them from billing you. They are the only ones that can assist you will billing related issues.

If they are not able to do that, your best bet would be to go through your credit card company and dispute the charges.

It's actually not a glitch and the preorder will get cancelled. When you pay with anything other than your Microsoft account balance, you're not charged until about 10 days before the game is released. So once they try to charge the card with no money and
can't, the order would get cancelled.

If you get ahold of xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us or if you are in the US/Canada calling 1800 4 my xbox if you dont know your kids information for them to verify and get into the account to cancel the subscription they can look up
their account with the credit card number that is being charged and remove the card from the account for you in effect cancelling any future charges for the subscription.

Well, it's not that I'm getting charged, the card no longer exists, it was cancelled so they can't charge anything to it, I deleted it from my account to (ironically) avoid being suspended hahaha
