Getting charged money for no reason

Since you say you and your boyfriend use the same credit card, please BOTH go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and check what subscriptions you both have active.

Also you both should check under https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders if there is a more specific description for what you are paying 9.99 and which account
is getting that service.

Your credit card is the payment option of any other account? Maybe another user (friend or family member) use it.

If it is happening monthly and your credit card statement shows xbox live as the description and you have checked the order history for both your boy friends and your accounts at account.microsoft.com and the monthly charge is not showing up there (yes even
the monthly subscriptions will show up in order history) then that means it sounds like your credit/debit card is on another account somewhere.

You can try and contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and you can give them the card number and look up any account that card is currently on they can also remove the card from any account that you do not recognize in doing that it
will shut off the subscription and you would stop being charged.

Is there nothing showing for the amount at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

If it doesn't show up on your account or your boyfriend's account, then I would suggest you check all your details are correct on the Microsoft account site. Then change password and activate two step verification. It may well be necessary to contact your
bank to claim for fraud. Any purchases will show on your Microsoft accounts.
