getting charged for services I'm not even signed up for

Hello KNUCKLE, sorry to hear you're having trouble signing up for the program.

I wanted to let you know that Xbox is not involved in the All Access program beyond providing the console and service as part of the package. The companies that are running the program and signing people up are in charge of that. I do apologize but I'm afraid you would need to continue dealing with the service you're trying to join.

It'd be great if their was an opt-out for it when signing up even.

With the charge for auto-renew going through 30 days after the 'billing date' if you thought it was turned off - you are unable to even get a refund calling as soon as the charge appears on your account.

You may have accidentally signed up for a service or subscription that is set up to automatically renew and charge you on a recurring basis. It is also possible that a family member or someone else with access to your account has made a purchase or signed up for a service without your knowledge. If you believe you are being charged for something you did not authorize, kindly check all your Microsoft accounts. If you already did, you should contact Microsoft's Xbox support as soon as possible to dispute the charges and request a refund.

I'm currently having the exact same issue and there is service warning which of course is just as vague. The warning says that there is limited service and that there may be issues opening or running some applications. I'm can't even sign each night for
3 nights in sign it works for a bit then kicks me out. Then I can't sign in for the remainder of the night and I keep getting the same error as you were getting. Anyone get an answer to this?

I can't even sign in to live now. Was playing unity all day to find out the achievements wasn't coming up for the last few hrs I played, once I do get logged in for a brief moment the game just stays on the load up screen and won't move.

Very frustrating that with every release there is issues eveytime. Yet they still charge us our monthly fee for [Mod removed] service.
