Getting charged for an account with no access to

If you no longer have access to the account that made the purchase, you’ll need to contact your financial institution for a refund or cancellation.

I keep get charged to my credit card for an account that we can not access.

So, if you are getting charges to your account that are unauthorized and you have access to the Microsoft account, please enable two factor authentication and change your password. Then go to xbox.com/refund and submit a refund request under the reason that there are unauthorized purchases on your account. It will be reviewed and when you get an answer you can reply to the email you receive with the decision if you have any questions.

If you are getting charged and you do not have access to the Microsoft account that is receiving the subscription, please contact your bank, we can only process refunds if we know the account that is being charged but if even you don't know we don't have a way to find that account. Thus, we highly recommend contacting your bank and filing a report for fraud, so your account stops getting charged.

The problem is it's multiple charges

He can't get refunds for them all and it wouldn't stop pending

He needs to lock his account

And do an unauthorized access case so that future charges and no more charges can br made

And lock the account when they resecure the account rhen they'll deal withnthe refunds

In order to cancel a subscription, we need to have access to our Microsoft account and in this case, it would be best to get the charge dispute through your bank since there is no way for us to get into your account.
