    I would try that troubleshooting mentioned above, and if it still is unplayable, definitely contact Support about it and see if they can resolve it or look into the possibility of a refund for you.

    I just got this message when I tried to play back the HD streaming copy of "This Means War" that I just rented.

    Since the movie isn't working, how do I get my points back? 'Cause now I'm going to rent something else...

    Console only. Search for 'the thing', clicked on it and clicked rent, changed to sd and stream, clicked play, then the playback error came up.
