OK SO ABOUT 3 HOURS AGO i was confronted with a person his gamertag is
[Mod Removed] He said he has my ip he was doing this cause I said I was in faze he is now booting me offline he said he will ban my account and de-rank me if I don't give him a itunes gift card PLEASE HELP

Again,you need to contact your isp as it's down to them to solve,not Microsoft.

They're booting you through your internet, not through the Live service. That's why it's down to your ISP and not Microsoft. The same can happen through Playstation.

Call up your ISP and tell them your situation that will most likely fix your issue also avoid him and dont join his party or lobby invites etc

Why would a Clan matter?? Unplug your modem/router for a while to reset the IP. Please, check out the DDOSS what to do section Or,

AVOID the gamer through the player review option, MUTE and BLOCK Communications with the Gamer then, File a REPORT all through the console features.

That should be enough to never see this gamer again.

I would contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP). From there, I'm sure they can track down this individual making cyber threats

Report. Don't post gamertags on the forums. Report and avoid, that's all you can do. I'd also report him using the in game function. Don't reply to any of his PMs or party requests.
