Getting billed for an account I don't control

Log in to the website and check your account subscriptions there:

Are you doing game sharing with anyone by putting yiur account on their console? Maybe that is how the EA subscription was started without your knowledge.

For billing issues you would need to contact xbox support:

Make sure there are no other accounts anywhere including pc as if you had a free trial of EA access it will automatically start billing you when the trial ends hope this helps

Please note that no one here, including regular Microsoft Support is capable to send password reset links or modify account information due to security policies

If maybe the methods above doesn’t work for you. The best option is contact your bank and ask them to block all the incoming charges from Microsoft

(Or you can ask them to delete/block the current card and give you a new one)
