Getting banned with false reports

hello I'm writing today to prove I've not done anything I got accused of hacking on Rainbow six siege and I have a video on my account to prove I want hacking my gamer tag is . I have had loads of reports in the past about me and the one in 2016
I wasn't there for 2 weeks because I was on holiday and no one knew my account details. I would love to get involved and see what I've done throughout all these reports in the past

How can I enjoy the games if I'm getting threatened with false reports...

Should I make another account named in case this might get perm banned by false reports???? How do I change username? I'm actually thinking about getting ps4 so I can stop having haters abusing report on me....

 

Hacking

Getting people to file reports on people they have no knowledge of, is more likely to get you banned before him.

It takes one report for xblpet to investigate,you don`t need another 15 false ones.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If you have been banned you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

 

it doesn't work no more they have shut down enforcement

 

Actually it works for suspensions decided within 12 months and the enforcement site is always there. If your ban was decided prior to 12 months you can't file for a case review.

 

when I try signing in it it just comes back with a sign in error loads of people on Xbox is getting banned or false reporting and you cannot do much to stand your case they need to make a support that can help you with out leaving people in the dark but
thank you for the information plus don't you think it would actually be a good idea to send the email a screen shot on exsactly what you've been reported on or what activity you've done to prove that they are reviewing it.

 

it also gives me a question Air to fill in and one of the questions was if your friend had a game would you give them your account I clicked true but ended up being false but in my opinion if I trust my friend on my account surly I have the right to give
them "my account"

 

It doesn't matter how well you trust your friend. Sharing/lending/etc. of account information is a violation of the code of conduct.

Reports are investigated first which takes time.

Your 2nd suspension for harassment would of been for something you did weeks ago prior to your first suspension being issued.

As you have been told,enforcement issues are no dealt with on the forums as the enforcement team do not use the forums.

You need to file for a case review on the enforcement site if eligible.

The questionnaire is there to make sure you are familiar with the ToU/CoC.
