    I got an email from the team at micrsoft saying i was banned after someone logged onto my account from a different xbox messaging my friends saying horrible homophobic words saying to report it (thats the only real evidence i have) is there any way out i
    just wanna have fun

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.



    If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

    It's always best to just ignore this type of behavior, and block the player if need be, and report them if you feel it to be necessary.

    In terms of having you ban lifted or shortened your only option is a
    case review    .

    Spamming is harassment and is dealt with harshly in most cases, but as Smwutches said, your only option is to file an appeal at the Enforcement site.

    Then there is nothing you can do.

    The enforcement team thoroughly investigate a account before banning it so you would not of been banned unfairly.

    You will not get the account unbanned.
